2. Eligibility for Refunds

The following outlines our standard refund eligibility criteria for different product types:

2.1 Individual Courses

  • Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
  • Must have completed less than 25% of course content
  • No certificates issued for the course

2.2 Course Subscriptions (Monthly/Annual)

  • Pro-rated refund available within first 7 days of subscription period
  • No refund after accessing more than 3 courses during the period
  • Annual plans may cancel with pro-rated refund within first 30 days

2.3 Live Classes & Webinars

  • Full refund available if canceled 72 hours before scheduled start
  • 50% refund if canceled between 24-72 hours before start
  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or after event completion

2.4 Bundles & Special Offers

  • Discounted bundles are typically non-refundable
  • Exceptions considered on case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase
  • Must not have accessed more than 1 course in the bundle

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Certain circumstances do not qualify for refunds under our policy:

  • Completed courses: If you've finished all course content and received a certificate
  • Excessive usage: Having completed more than 25% of course materials or downloaded significant resources

4. How to Request a Refund

Once your refund is approved:
